F250 Bumper weldment and Install
This was a fun and engaging project that took just under two weeks from start to finish, allowing for plenty of creative input. This bumper was bought as a weld together package by the customer, who was thrilled with the selection. When he made the purchase, he kindly asked me if I would be willing to weld it out and install it securely on his truck. I was more than happy to assist him with this request. The bumper was purchased with an optional winch mount, which we skillfully modified and reinforced to meet his liking and ensure it would perform well.
Custom Memorial Butterfly Bench
This bench was built before I upgraded my table size. It was a rewarding project for a friend's mother. Rolling the X bracing on both sides was challenging. I had to weld two pieces of the back seamlessly and add attractive trim. Now, with my plasma table twice as big, handling larger projects is much easier.
Custom Handrail
This stunning handrail was actually crafted specifically for a close friend of mine. After careful consideration, we made the decision to use shorter panels that would all be securely tied together with a beautifully finished wooden rail. This approach not only provided us with enhanced ease during the installation process but also allowed me to take advantage of the opportunity to powder coat the panels right in my own shop, ensuring a high-quality and durable finish.
66’ VW Restoration
Currently working on the body of this bug. This portion of the project has been relatively straightforward and simple to manage. The task involved removing all the rusty floor pans and replacing them with new ones. Additionally, a few other minor adjustments were made to the frame to enhance its overall structure. This included equipping the rear end with an air-ride kit for improved performance. Special brackets were meticulously installed to effectively drop this girl down to the ground, allowing for a more unique and stylish appearance. Unfortunately, this project encountered a bit of a pause while the owner faced some significant health challenges that required his attention. We are optimistic and hoping to see him out in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, at the Volkswagen show next year, proudly driving this beautiful vehicle that he has worked so hard on.
